Shipping & Delivery Policy
Last Updated: 22 October 2026
1. Digital Products Only
Nutrifem provides digital products, including PDF diet guides. Products identified as digital downloads do not require physical shipping.
No physical item will be shipped for a digital-only purchase.
2. Delivery Method
After successful payment confirmation, customers will receive access to their purchased PDF through the digital delivery method specified on the product page or at checkout.
Depending on the checkout and delivery system, access may be provided through a download link, order confirmation page, or email containing download instructions.
3. Delivery Time
Digital delivery is intended to be available immediately after successful payment confirmation.
In some cases, delivery may be delayed due to payment verification, email delivery problems, technical issues, or service interruptions.
If you do not receive your PDF or download instructions, please check your email inbox, spam folder, and the order confirmation page before contacting us.
4. Missing or Inaccessible Downloads
If your payment was successful but you cannot access or download your purchased PDF, contact us at Support@nutrifem.in.
Please provide your order number, the email address used for the purchase, and a description of the issue.
We will investigate and make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide a working download.
If a genuine access issue cannot be resolved, our Refund and Cancellation Policy provides a 100% refund of the purchase amount paid for the affected order.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers should provide a valid email address and accurate order information during checkout.
Customers are responsible for checking their inbox and spam folder and ensuring they have a compatible device and PDF-reading software.
These responsibilities do not remove our obligation to address genuine delivery failures or applicable consumer rights.
